3D Spikes

Now open up a new image size 800x800 and paste your lens flare onto it

Go to Filter >> Artistic>> Fresco, use my settings:
Yours should look something like this:
Now merge both of the layers, Layers >> Merge Layers or CTRL E, so you only have one layer left on your 800x800
Go to Filter >> Stylize >> Extrude and use the settings below
Now select the whole image again, copy and paste it onto a new image sized 400x400.
