Corkboard

At first this is a little difficult but once you do it a few times you will find the way and it will come easy, so just be patient.

Okay now that you did that it should look like this with the step above done.
Now go to Select >> Modify >> Contract and type in 15 pixels, and you should have it looking like this:
Now go to your Tools Palette, click on the Paint Bucket Tool , then go up to the top where it says Fill and click on the drop down menu, you see circled on the image below, and select the pattern you made earlier of the corkboard background.
Go to your image and click on the middle to put the corkboard background in the seleted area like this:
Now lets put a border around that, go to Edit >> Stroke and make sure its black and 1pixel, click OK, then CTRL+D to deselect, now you should have this:
