Notebook Paper
Ok this is a really cool little tutorial here, you'll learn how to make a realistic looking notebook paper, its so easy to do too.
Open up a blank transparent canvas, height 20px and width 1px, go to your Tools Palette, click on the Brush Tool
use a 3px brush, use the color #9CDBF7 and draw a dot in the middle of your empty canvas like this:
Now go up to Edit >> Define Pattern, name it notebook, then close the image since you saved it as a pattern for later use.
Open up another blank white canvas any size, your going to make the notebook in the empty canvas, I'm going to use 500x400, so follow along with that if you like.
Make a new layout, Layer >> New >> Layer, then go to the Tools Palette, using the Marquee Tool
and make a rectangle inside the new canvas, leave some room on the edges like this:
With your Paint Bucket
fill the rectangle with a white or grey, I used #F7F7F7, you should have something like this:
On the Tools Palette, right click on the layer you just filled, go to Blending Options, then on the left select "Pattern Overlay" and choose the pattern you made earlier, with your blendings option still open use the settings like I have here:
