Silk Effect
Lots of really cool things you can do with the Silk Effect, give it a try.
Create a new image, pick a forground color you want to use, i used #817B7B, and any size is fine.
Go to Tools Palette, select the Brush icon, brush size is soft round 35.
On your new image, make some strokes like this:
Now go to Filter>>Liquify and with the big cursor you see, just drag it around until you get the look you want, click OK and your done!
