Sinedots 1

This is a great 3D Filter to use, similiar to Sinedots 2 but with a different filter. If you ever wanted a 3D look but don't have the 3D program try this.

Open a new image 300x200 or any size you like, pick a background color now or you can colorize it later.

You will need to download this Sinedots filter.
Your going to need Winzip to unzip this filter, when you unzip just make sure it goes into the Plug-Ins folder as shown below.
After installing the filter, open up Photoshop and go to Filter >> DragonFly >> Sinedots.
Now all you do is play with the settings until you get something you like.
When you finally found something you like, click OK and then you can adjust the color to what you like.
If you find that your edges are jagged, then just duplicate the layer like this:
Now go to Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur and set the Radius to 4 or whatever you feel is good for your image.
On the copied Layer, change the opacity to anything you like that will make your image look better.
Finally when you got it like you want, you can flatten the image by going to Layer >> Flatten Image.
Now you can colorize it unless you began with a color you want, go to Image >> Adjustments >> Hue & Saturation, adjust how you like.
